The Challenge
Before Glint Solar, Chint Solar's engineering team spent 60 to 70% of its time evaluating pre-permit stage projects. That workload was heavy on its own, and it got heavier as the company's pipeline grew across multiple countries.
To manage the volume, Chint Solar built internal tools and outsourced some engineering work to external providers. Neither held up well at scale.
